| CIS Biotech, Inc. was formed in 2000, as a Georgia (USA) corporation, building on decades of scientific research in neurobiology and laboratory medicine, and resulting in the patenting of rapid, inexpensive blood tests to detect markers of ischemic attack, or stroke.

The mission of CIS Biotech, Inc. is to solve unmet needs in risk assessment of stroke by bringing unique disease-associated biomarkers and in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) tools to the market. |

CEO Robert R. Rhinehart Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rhinehart leads the company with a small and effective management team. He is President of RRR Financial, Inc. and Rhinehart Capital Management. In 1999 Mr. Rhinehart retired after 31 years from Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner and Smith as a First Vice President. He holds a certificate as a Certified Investment Management Analyst from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania Program of the Investment Management Consultants Association and is a former member of the New York Stock Exchange Board of Arbitrators and a retired Certified Financial Planner.

Dr. Izykenova holds a Doctorate Degree in Biochemistry and has over 15 years of academic experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry and Neuroscience at Irkutsk State University (Irkutsk, Russia), I.P. Pavlovs Institute of Physiology (St. Petersburg, Russia), Institute of Human Brain (St. Petersburg, Russia) with extensive pre- and postdoctoral training at Emory University (Atlanta, GA.), 7Wake Forest University School of Medicine (Winston-Salem, NC), Oasi Maria Institute on Mental Retardation and Aging (Troina, Italy), Clinic on Epilepsy (Warsaw, Poland), and Lomonosovs Moscow University (Moscow, Russia).

Dr. Bobbie Bailey Chair,
A well-known sports and medical philanthropist, member of the Kennesaw State University Foundation Board of Trustees and president of Bailey Design, Inc., Dr. Bailey was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters from KSU in 1998. KSU's Bobbie Bailey Athletic Complex, named in her honor, was dedicated in March 2004. A gift to the DeKalb Medical University Foundation resulted in the acquisition of a new PET/CT scanner for advanced diagnostic cancer services in
the M. Bobbie Bailey and Audrey B. Morgan Diagnostic Imaging Center.

Leading an illustrious panel of world-renowned scientific advisors is Svetlana A. Dambinova, D.Sci., Ph.D. Dr. Dambinova has 30 years experience in the fields of neurobiology, neurochemistry and laboratory medicine. She has published 244 scientific papers and, of 26 international patents awarded, has transferred 6 to industry. She is a member of the American Heart Association, National Stroke Association, International Neurochemistry Society, and American Association of Clinical Chemistry. Dr. Dambinova received a B.A. in Chemistry from Irkutsk State University in 1971, Ph.D. in Biochemistry in 1977 from the Institute of Experimental Medicine and a D. Sci. in Neurobiology in 1987 from the Institute for Experimental Medicine in St. Petersburg, Russia. She is responsible for the company's intellectual property protection.of scientific and clinical research. |

Dr. Weissman is a Chair, Institutional Review Board and neurologist at DeKalb Medical Center. His clinical activities include stroke, epilepsy, general neurology
and sleep disorders. Dr. Weissman has received 10 grants, from Warner-Lambert Parke-Davis, Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Roche Laboratories, and Emory Medical Care Foundation. He is a member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Epilepsy Society, the American Sleep Disorders Association, and the Society for Neurological Spectroscopy.
